Curtis Wambach permitted this public boat launch at Pleasant Harbor for the Wash. Dept. of Fish and Wildlife.  The project also involved 1) the demolition and disposal of an old pier, 2) shoreline and nearshore restoration, and 3) the restoration of stream habitat for the Federally-listed summer-run chum.  Attended shoreline hearings, advised engineers, and negotiated with other agencies to obtain all environmental permits leading to this construction.
